customer service and helpfulness.  Undaunted by access problems, Suzi
took the patron to the Florida Electronic Library and showed her how to
retrieve the article she needed through another database.

Nicole interviewed patron to determine how best to direct them.  She
found a local book club through the patron's library and then proceeded
to look for online book clubs.  Good communication with patron even with
technical problems.

referring them to their local library.  Dani provided the details of the
