I, too, agree that it's confusing when others email in their initial
nominations while also posting them to the nomination page.  It would be
less confusing to just post them to the nominations page and then send
our final votes to Pat for her to tally.

All the "nominations" are not in yet.  I think these are your votes for
your winning chats?  Am I correct?

 

It is getting a little confusing.  I would like to propose that we stick
to keeping the nominations to the web page and the votes sent only to
Pat, that way it is truly objective.  If there are any ties, or too many
odd votes-Pat can narrow it down and tell us to do a re-vote like we've
done in the past.  Unless there is a webpage problem and that would be
an exception to send everyone an e-mail to a linked nomination.

Hi Everyone,

   Cindy is still getting her nominations in, and I am also. We are
hoping to have all nominations in by tomorrow Wed Dec 12. Although I had
said perhaps we could vote on Friday and Monday, I have been called out
of town next Monday and Tuesday which is followed by our winter break at
the college starting on Dec 19.

 

  So please, look at the nominations in the database and give me your
votes by this Friday (Dec 14) if you can. Otherwise, I will check it all
when I get back in town next week from home on Wed. Dec 19  to see the
final votes.
