Go to Systems Bridge Home> Account Management> Full Name (type in last
initial, first name) click on Search.  

That should give you an alphabetic list to look for the AAL staff
person.

Those are good points. I always put the url when i nominate, but
Isuppose you could cut and paste the entire transcript?  I am also
sometimes at a loss for what library someone may work for and once I had
directions on how to find out, but have since deleted those
instructions.  Maybe a refresher would be good.

I have a question... I have a few nominations that I would like to make
that were added to the list by Jennifer as "Virtual Reference
Providers."  They have no last names listed and no libraries attached.
There is not a pull down menu for the VRP people under "Select Library."
Hmmm... do we need to add another category there?  Do I just try and
leave that blank?

 

Also, I notice every month that some nominations actually show the
transcripts while others just the URL link.  I don't know how to show
the transcript when I make my nomination.  Is there a trick to that?
