Hi Cin! 
Welcome back.  I am so glad the pin was popular.   For FLA this year, we
ordered Ask a Librarian ribbons for all participants to pick-up when
they register! I was hoping they would do - just what you mentioned -
get people talking about us.  I am waiting for them to arrive before I
mention this - its just my paranoia with these things....

Hi All,

It's me the turtle back from the frozen north.

I've got to say I almost peed in my pants this was so funny...  Nicole,
I will never think about Consumer Reports the same way again! ;-)

I wore my "Ask a Librarian" button to PLA and of course it was a great
conversation starter-before and during the conference.  Other librarians
kept asking me which vendor was giving out that button? And it was a
great opportunity for me to mention our service.  When I was out in
public it was a good way to also break the ice and talk about the
conference. 

Anyhoo, I'm still trying to catch up but will definitely be voting on
your nominations.  Thanks once again for your patience with me.

Hi All,

I do not have any nominations for exemplary chat for my reading in
February.  I believe this is the first time since I began reading chats
that this has happened.  It is not that the librarians did not do well,
but rather that there were no questions that lent themselves to
Exemplary Chat status except one.  The reason that I am addressing the
group is that the chat that I would have nominated was answered by
Nicole and since she is a member of the group, she is not eligible for
an award.  I thought that you all might be interested in the chat.  I am
also including two chats because the patron was so pleased that she came
back to thank her and Nicole mentioned our group would be looking at the
chat.  So here it is:
