Just wanted to let you know - in the ITN for new software, we did
request a better mechanism for you! I hope the next software works a bit
better for the Exemplary Reference Awards.

I highlight and copy onto an excel spreadsheet the day I am assigned.
Then I delete the columns that I don't need. As I read along in the open
transcript window, I make notes on my printout as to which ones I think
are good enought to be nominated. I go back and double check the ones I
like and then submit my nominations. I wish I could just put in the
number of the chat and not the whole link. But anyway, this works for
keeping track for me.

Yes I have same problem and thanks for an easy solution.  Sometimes I
will remember the number of my last chat but that
is pretty rare!

Hi Everyone,

 

Do you have trouble when reading chats with going back and forth from
the list of chats to the actual transcript.  I am often distracted while
reading and forget where I was on the list.  Now I put a check mark in
the box next to the last listing I worked with.  After I read the
transcript and go back to the list, I can find my last read chat easier.
But, use the BACK button on your browser not the Back to List button,
and remember to click on the check mark to erase it.  Hope this helps a
little.
