[Askalibrarianqa] Nominations for Exemplary Chats Nov 08

Hi,

When will the chats be available to look over?  I tried to get a head start and look them up by the incident number, but that didn't work for me either.  Anyone else having problems?

I went into Reports >> Customer Lookup >> Chat Customer and tried looking by incident number and customer ID from the numbers listed with the noms and that didn't work.  I tried changing selections, but nothing worked.

Hi Everyone,
  I just completed my nominations for Nov 08. I saw several excellent Local Chats and nominated one!  One thing I did notice is that sometimes librarians don't realize that some articles are on the Internet free and are not necessarily found on the subscription databases. Google Scholar also is an option.

Let's see if we can have all our nominations by tomorrow and see if we can get our votes in by Friday.
