Diana, there is not a category for unknown and unless you list the
library you cannot submit the form.  Also Hodges University is not
listed.

Hi All,

 

Joyce asked me a question and I think I should answer to everyone.  In
Instant Service, if the librarian has not identified their library in
their name.  It can be hard to ID their library.  

If this is the case, email Traci or myself or post the Library Name as
unknown.  We have a spreadsheet with each librarian's library
information so it just takes a second for us to look it up- don't waste
your time playing detective in the software.   Because we select our
departments on login, the software does not store this information
anywhere.
