Hi Pat,

 

Glad that you are feeling better.  In order to get to the transcripts in
the new software, you need to log-in to the Account Administration page.
Once there click on reports.  Once on the Reports page, Under agents
click on Chat Transcripts.  Once at this page, you can designate a day
and then below the librarians name click the Select All box since you do
not know which librarians were on chat.  Then you can review the report
which lists all the transcripts for the day.  You can also designate a
time period.  Hope this helps.

Hi Everyone,

  I'm sorry I've been out of touch. I just managed to get over a very
bad cold after battling it for two weeks! Anyhow, I'm okay now and have
been working with the new software still getting used to it.

 

  Has everyone figured out how to find the transcripts for readings? I
think I still have a group from the Aug/Sep nominations and will see if
I can locate those.
