[Askalibrarianqa] Ready to Vote for May 09 Exemplary Chats

Hi Everyone,
   We are ready now to vote on the Exemplary Chats nominated for May 09. Doug has loaded the transcripts.

   For our new members, this is the process for voting:

 *   Go to Toolbox and login
 *   To find all of the chats to read and vote on, go to the Exemplary Reference Awards and click View Nominees and Winners. If you click on the Incident number of the nominated chat, you can access the transcript to read.
 *   We then choose the best in the categories, and everyone emails me with their choices.
