[delivery-announce] Addressing Bags

There have been several bags lately that have been
mis-addressed to libraries in the Pinellas Library Public
Cooperative.  The items have been sent to the Pinellas
Public Library Cooperative without the name of a library on
the 'Route To' line.  In order for the Cooperative to route
the books to the proper library there has to be a name of
the library you are sending the item to.  If there is a
