[delivery-announce] JPL Lending policies

This is the lending policy for JPL.  They have been having lots of requests
for AV materials, which they do not lend.

As stated in the OCLC policies directory, Jacksonville Public Library (JPL)
does not lend videos, CDs, software, DVDs, microfilm/microforms, sound
recordings, audio recordings, spoken recordings, musical recordings, books
published in the current calendar year, periodicals, reference books,
E-books,  other electronic resources, Genealogy Collection materials,
Florida Collection Materials,  or Delius collection materials.
