[delivery-announce] Change of HUBs

There are 4 libraries right now that need to have the hub changed on
their labels.  They are:

 

Columbia County Public Library

Hamilton County Public Library

Lake City Community College

Suwannee River Regional Library System

 

Please change the hub code from TLH to GVL

 

I have attached a sheet with all four libraries on it with the correct
codes.  You can just print this and destroy the old ones.
