[delivery-announce] New Labels - Changed Depot Suffixes

Velocity Express has made hub changes in the Tallahassee and Gainesville
areas.  You will find a new list of labels
http://tblc.org/delivery/documentation.shtml  just click on the mailing
labels (word doc) and print them.  Please replace all your old labels
with these new ones.  

It is imperative that you use the correct label for expediting the
materials sent through the delivery service.  

The sorters in the warehouses use these depot hub suffixes to sort
materials for delivery.  It is used like a zip code is used by the USPS.
