[delivery-announce] TBLC - No delivery service on Veterans Day

This is just a reminder that the statewide delivery service will not be
running on Tuesday, November 11th in honor of Veterans Day. The Tampa
Bay Library Consortium offices will be open, but there will be no
pick-up or delivery on this day.
