[delivery-announce] TBLC - Delivery Update

Good afternoon!

I want to update everyone on our process for handling missing
books/items at the Tampa Bay Library Consortium. We will be sending out
a "check your shelves" list of missing items at the end of February. To
minimize the workload for the libraries, we will now be sending out
lists quarterly instead of weekly. As it turns out, most of the items
turn up on their own. 

Please do continue to send me the information on missing items (either
email me at deliver at tblc.org <mailto:deliver at tblc.org>  or fill out the
online form on our website
<http://www.tblc.org/delivery/deliveryproblem.php> ). Also, please
inform me when any missing items you report show up. Before I post each
quarterly list, I will check with the libraries to be sure the items are
still missing.
