On Wednesday, November 30th from 1:30-3:30 the Electronic Resources Special
Interest Group will be Meeting at TBLC.   
 
The topic will be Technical Support... What companies provide, value-added
help you or other libraries provide... How much should be at the library and
by whom and what should a vendor provide! 
 
Please bring questions, sites, handouts.
