[iBorrow] iBorrow portal enhancement reminder

This is a reminder that the iBorrow portal will undergo a makeover on
July 25th at 8am.  We will convert from the required username/password
to log in to iBorrow to an anonymous login.  Users will be prompted to
login when they click the Request Item button.

We have already implemented this change on the staff portal accessible
here:

clicking on "To search the iBorrow staff interface, click here

As a result of this change in the login procedure, the Guest login
located on the www.iborrow.org page will no longer be necessary.  We
will remove this when the change to the publicly accessible portals is
complete.   We are also planning some redesign of this page.  Look for
that change in the coming days.

We continue to work with staff in iBorrow participating libraries and
with SirsiDynix to improve iBorrow.  All of your feedback is helpful to
