[aal-talk] Alleycat printing problems on 3/23

Yesterday we identifed and corrected a problem with Alleycat that was
preventing the display and printing of the "pick list".  If you tried to
print your lending pick list you were not able to see it displayed on
your screen and therefore could not print it.

This problem was corrected on Thursday evening.  We have taken
additional steps today to prevent the problem from reoccurring.  

In troubleshooting this problem we have identified that some libraries
have very long pick lists.  Please remember to check your pick list
regularly.  (if you are in a shared system like SunLine or the Polk
County system this is done centrally)

To check your pick list:
>From the Staff Menu, in the Lending section, choose Review Incoming
Requests.  From the Incoming Requests screen you can choose sort options
and choose to print the whole list or display it and select items to
print.
