[aal-talk] URSA 4/iBorrow ILL training schedule

The technical setup for URSA 4 is making progress.  TBLC staff is
currently working with SirsiDynix to test a second round of libraries
connected to the new system.  

We have scheduled training sessions for interlibrary loan staff using
the new URSA 4 software.  Staff in particiapting libraries need to
attend a session to learn how to use the new software.  All of these
sessions will be hands on and will be held at TBLC Headquarters.  

The dates for the Interlibrary Loan using iBorrow workshops are as
follows:

Tuesday, May 23rd
Thursday, June 8th
Monday, June 12th
Thursday, June 15th
Tuesday, June 20th
Thursday, June 22nd

All of these workshops are held from 9am to 1pm.  

We understand that training is being held during the same time as the
ALA Annual Conference.  Please bear with us as we try to get as much
training held in June as possible.  If you cannot attend one of the
scheduled sessions, please let me know asap.  We will make every attempt
to accommodate everyone's schedules.

We plan to offer training for public services staff in May and June.
The schedule for these sessions will be announced shortly.  These
sessions will be held throughout the region in participating libraries.
