[iBorrow] IBorrow error with Horizon

iBorrow Users,

I hate being wrong.  And I hate it worse, when I put out wrong
information to other people.  And I think I have, at least over the
phone.

So, if you are on a Horizon system, listen up.  If you are not, you can
put your hands over your ears.

Horizon lacks the ability to fully respond to the NCIP message iBorrow
sends when you do Complete Loan.  So, it does NOT check the item in.

To quote Ken Adams:
Horizon systems do not have NCIP CheckinItem capability therefore, no
barcode is used.   All they need to do is highlight the request(s) to be
set complete, right click and process.   They will have to check in the
item manually.

So, the correct short instruction set for Complete Loan in a Horizon
system is:
1. Find the item in Complete Loan
2. Highlight and right click
3. Choose Process Request
4.  Do Check-In on your Horizon system.

I apologize to any of you I've misinformed about this.
