[iBorrow] What was that error message again?

iBorrow Users,

There is a new status in the URSA client that was designed for
situations when there is NO Lender Of Last Resort, and a request goes
unfilled by all participants.  
That status is "Not filled by lender".

That status is also applicable, if OCLC is your LOLR, and if none of the
lenders in your OCLC string fill your request.
You should be able to apply that status manually in those cases.
But we've had reports of error messages when you tried to do this.

It would help a lot, if one of you could capture that error message and
send it to me.  The exact text will help us solve the problem.

You can do it the old fashioned way by just typing it into email that
you send to me.  Or you can copy and paste it.  Or you can use the
"Print Screen" key and send me a photograph.
Be sure to include the request number, if you don't send a photo.

I'll pass this on to SirsiDynix, and we'll see if we can get it fixed
even before the next build.
