[iBorrow] 9am network update - looks fixed, tell us if not

Time Warner thinks they've fixed a problem involving one of their more
expensive and complicated-sounding pieces of equipment (a "Command and
Control card"), and judging by our ability to use the network, they seem
to have fixed it.

 

They are on high alert and have reset all their error counters, so if
you have ANY similar problems today, please tell us immediately.  We
will be watching the network very carefully, and we have contacts at
Time Warner who can drop everything and investigate on the spot - no
need for us to create a service request ticket and wait for it to be
assigned.

 

We also uncovered a network problem at one of the libraries on the WAN;
the technical contact at that library is aware of the situation and is
working with Greg to solve the problem.
