[iBorrow] 1:40pm network update -- FIXED!

Time Warner has given us our own Command and Control card, and that
seems to have totally fixed the problem.

 

What do I mean by 'totally', you ask?  You're a tough audience, and I
love that about you.

 

I mean that since yesterday morning, almost every single time we've sent
out 20 'ping' test messages, we've lost some on the way.  And since they
switched us to our own card 30 minutes ago, every single test message,
WITHOUT exception, has come through perfectly.

 

Thank you for helping us with this.  Every phone call you've made to let
us know about problems has been important in getting this fixed.  This
is your victory too!
