[iBorrow] iBorrow Server is back up

iBorrow Users

Peter Fripp called a moment ago from SirsiDynix.

The iBorrow server is back up, and you should be able to use all the
URSA/iBorrow features normally.

I am posting this at 10:30 a.m. on 5-1-07
