[iBorrow] URSA/iBorrow is Back Up

Iborrow users,

We called everyone we knew at SirsiDynix when the URSA server went down.
Gail Wanner is currently working in a time zone between us and Mountain
Time, and I was able to reach her and hand the problem over.
She, in turn, was able to reach someone at SirsiDynix HQ in Provo, and
they rebooted the server.

It is now up and running, and you should be able to log in.
Go for it.
