[iBorrow] New iBorrow Build Good to Go

I just got off the phone with SirsiDynix.
Aaron assured me that the latest version of the new build was working
well and would be ready for us to download Thursday morning, May 31.
So, don't be surprised when iBorrow takes a little longer than usual to
load Thursday.  It's coming all the way from Utah on the Red Eye.

This build's main purpose is to fix some problems with the aging process
and the OCLC interface.
If you run into new problems-or if the current ones you're aware of
aren't fixed-please let us know.
