[ipac] Enriched Content

We have not done a formal survey, but when we introduced it to the
faculty, they were very excited about it.  Some folks had been asking
for this kind of capability for some time.  

We have had it for about a year now, and the Reference Librarians report
that many of our library patrons have made positive comments about the
service.  If we made a decision to NOT renew, I know that there would be
wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Anyone out there using Syndetic's Enriched Content for HIP?  If so, have
you surveyed your patrons about the product?  

Our trial subscription ends soon and we haven't received any formal
feedback about it, so I was hoping for some ideas on the types of survey
questions to ask.
