[ipac] Enriched Content

Vern has a very good point: no complaints means a job well done in the 
library world.  Did I miss something or there was no special library 
responding?  How do special libraries like the enriched content?  Law 
libraries?

We've have it for years.

I always interpret no comments to be positive comments because in general, 

people spend more time complaining than praising.

Nothing is said until something doesn't work, then the phone starts to 
ring.
