	You are very correct. We never got much in the way of compliments when we
started Enriched Content but when we turned it off to do some work we sure
heard plenty of complaints. If you can afford it I would suggest you keep
it. The patrons really do like it whether they tell you so or not.

We have been running the trial and the patrons haven't seemed to notice.
For some reason we also haven't been able to get the staff excited about
it, either.  I'm not sure why, as the product seems real nice, but it
looks like we won't be continuing the trial.

I bet that when it gets removed, we will start getting some complaints!

Anyone out there using Syndetic's Enriched Content for HIP?  If so, have
you surveyed your patrons about the product?

Our trial subscription ends soon and we haven't received any formal
feedback about it, so I was hoping for some ideas on the types of survey
questions to ask.
