[ipac] Browse scoping copies and items

If a consortium is using browse scoping for each HIP profile, will a bib
show up if it has a copy record but no item record?

 

I know that bibs without items do not show up for a profile with browse
scoping for its location.  But what about bibs with copies instead of items.
