[ipac] Which stylesheet controls this (my list color bar)???

	I know that I considered it a major find when I FINALLY managed
to get that light blue strip under the tabs on the "My list" page to
change to the same color as our tabs.  I recall that it was a path issue
somewhere, but I can't remember if it was in the admin panel (pointing
to something non-existent) or in a stylesheet.  It doesn't appear to be
hardcoded as the color #336699, as is the case with so many of those
green buttons...<sigh>

	So - does anyone know where it is?
