[ipac] server IP change

Thanks to Jonathan and Pamela Rawlinson for suggesting to look in 
word_index and matham tables. I was probably remembering one of these. 
Both of these have our internal IP address so it looks like I won't need 
to make any changes on the Horizon side. Thanks again.
