[ipac] a few problems with 3.08

Hi all,
Thanks, Stuart. I didn't know that it had been a problem so long - I guess
I didn't test thoroughly enough after we went to 3.06a!
I knew we couldn't turn HTML off in the Admin tool. But your fix is easily
followed, thanks!
I did hear back from SirsiDynix and Ron Seamons is looking in to the issue.
But I suspect you are right, and SirsiDynix will probably not fix it so late
in the lifecycle of the product.
Thanks again,
Natasha

Natasha,
HTML email did not work in 3.06A either (something we reported long
ago). Since you cannot use the Admin Tool to turn it off, we did an XSL
customization to remove it:
In |onoff*.xsl|, change the value of |email_html_format_option| to |false|.
Use this at your own risk, of course. We never thought it was a
particularly desirable feature anyway--but that's just us.
I would be very surprised if SirsiDynix provided a fix at this late date
in the HIP 3.x life cycle.
