[ipac] HIP format icons and MARC map extractions

Hello all:
For those of you who have format icons displayed in HIP by using MARC
map extractions, would you please tell us how you set up the marc maps
for your books, large print and ebooks?
I set up ours but HIP would pull both the book icon and the ebook icon
for an ebook record. Similarly, it would pull both the book icons and
the large print icons for a large print book.  So I must be doing
something wrong in the marc maps...
Here is the extractions we set up for our ebook:
In the extraction table:
tag '245'  part 'h'   conditional part  'h/2.9'   conditional value
'lectronic'
In the conditional table
tag '000'   part '/6.1'   value 'a'
AND
tag '007'   part '/0.1'   value 'c'
AND
tag '007'   part '/1.1'   value 'r'
 
The extraction for our book:
In the extraction table
tag '245'  part 'a'
In the conditional table
tag '000'  part '/6.2'   value 'am' 
 
A lot of our ebooks have 'm' in position 7 of the leader tag. So that
would fulfill the conditions for book as well.  Could that be the
problem? If so, how can I fix it in my marc maps?
