[ipac] Firefox and HIP

Which version of Firefox are they using ? Are there any other factors we
should look at ?

We are getting a boatload of unhappy mail from borrowers who are using
Firefox and are unable to make more than one request for an item during any
given session.
 
Has anyone else experienced this before and, if so, do you know of a fix?
 
We have reported it to SirsiDynix support, but never heard a word back from
anyone about it since.  I know that sounds amazing to most of you, but it's
true.
