[ipac] Electronic Resources on HiP

Carlos --

You can always use a cover tag (856$y) to put your directions "view
electronic resource here" or some such, which also then covers the ugly
url, particularly if it passes thru authentication.  Again, using MARC edit
we easily replace the non-ADA friendly "click here" with "view e-book" etc.

Next to Chris Zagar and EZProxy, we owe a great deal to Terry Reece and
MARCEdit :_)  :_)

Couldn't live without either one of them :_)
