Does it work without that final "ts"?

I think "ts" is a reference to a time stamp.

We are on Dynix 191 HF2 and HIP 3.06A.  We are trying to get a link
directly into the New Titles from our web page but cannot make it
stable.  Our HIP URL is

The URL that comes up in the HIP display for New Titles is

We have tried using

.  It seems to work for a day and then doesnt work.  Any ideas?
