[ipac] Horizon 7.34 upgrade?

We also upgraded ours in August, from 7.3.2 to 7.3.4, and HIP from 3.06
to 3.08.
It went okay, and I just had some minor complaints...
We were not informed well on a few things before the upgrade, and that
caused some little trouble.
(be careful with the telecirc_control setting, if you are using
telecirc, there's a setting you have to change after the upgrade, but
the upgrade person did not tell us about it)

Our upgrade was basically done by the upgrade team and the person
coordinated with our County's IT department.
So there wasn't much I could do.

If you search the posts on Horizon-L, quite a few people have posted
their experiences and questions there.:)

Anyway, we survived, and our catalogers are happy.  So I guess that's
most important thing!

We upgraded in August of this year. I did the majority of the upgrade
on my
own, and it went fairly uneventfully. Given the expected release date
for
8.x, I would say it would be a good thing to do - everybody is going to
be
jumping to upgrade for the 13-digit ISBN at the end of the year.
