[ipac] the "owners"

Well, if your post was in answer to my question, I can say that the iPac
archives are (now) in a better state than the Horizon ones!  And I will
be using Horizon/HIP for at least two more years, if not three or four.
So I certainly hope they'll be available to me, because they'll continue
to be needed!
