[ipac] Ooops, and archives?

Hello,

I just posted something to ipac, and never saw it come in. When I
checked my subscription options, mail delivery to me was disabled.

I wanted to go look through the archives, but when I went to the
archives page, the latest was for 2005. Is there a new archive location,
or am I just outa luck?
