[ipac] mass index complete?

Thanks! If so, I think I _do_ want to stop it, and then restart my
dynamic indexer (which I stopped in order to run the mass indexer), so
my HIP installation will be back to the way it normally functions---with
the dynamic indexer running, rather than the mass indexer process.
Make sense?
