You are missing a semicolon and space after #000000. The line should
be:

      font-weight: normal; font-size: 80%; color: #000000;
text-decoration: underline;

Subject: [ipac] ipac.css

On Mozilla when I check the Javascript console the css file it points
to:

Source File: http://catalog.naperville-lib.org:8080/hipres/css/ipac.css
. This file shows an error for:
 .normalBlackFont1:hover {

      font-weight: normal; font-size: 80%; color:
#000000text-decoration: underline;

}

This file is different than the css file I have on the server which is
at: E:\dynix\hzapp\jboss\server\default\deploy\hipres.war\css\iPAC.css.

How is this possible?

We are on classic dynix.
