Thanks Sue. I went through the document and I did not want to makes changes to these files. Just I am scared and it will a take a long time to fix it. I have opened log with SirsiDynix on Thursday but haven't heard from them yet.

Sorry, should have been clearer.  Everything in My Account stopped
working and things disappeared.  We followed the instructions in the
document that I sent you and everything returned to normal.

Hello

We had similar problems with our HIP 3.04 some months ago after I edited
the tabs for My Account and everything stopped working, some displays
disappeared etc.

SirsiDynix sent me the attached document that tells you how to correct
the config setup to change it.  This worked for us and chould work even
though you are a Classic Dynix site.  You might want to check with SD if
you have any doubts.

I know this sounds very simple but check to make sure you didn't drop a
quotation mark or miss a tag bracket in your HTML.  Something that
simple can make a page, or section of a page, not display.  The footer
comes from a separate file and wouldn't be affected.

I changed the description for the Items out/checked out tab in My
Account. After making this change the contents for Account Overview are
missing. Only the footer shows up. Also Renew button is not working and
along with it none of the buttons under Hold tab is working either. I
have restarted JBOSS and also the services. Finally I rebooted the
server, still it did not make any difference. I looked in IPAC list and
also in SirsiDynix customer website, did not find any answer.

We are on classic Dynix.
