9 am - Welcome with Muffins and beverages provided by SirsiDynix
9:15 - 10 SCODI Business
10:00 - 11:00/11:30 - Videoconference with Susan Johns Smith.  Pittsburgh State is currently in the process of migrating their consortium to 8.x.  She will share some migration tips and have some Q&A time with a person with the software.  Go live is scheduled for March at this time.
11:30-12:30 - Lunch - pay at the door
12:45-2:30 - SirsiDynix (Marc Roberson, Jeanne Spala, and Margaret Caldwell) Followup Q&A on implementation and also update on 8.x progress.
2:30-3 wrap up and thank you.

Lunch will be a box lunch for $10 which will also cover registration for the day.
