A problem from a patron. Has anyone had similar issues? Any
resolutions?
Thanks M :-)
Email #1
I have lists for both my library card and my daughter's. (She's 6, so
I
manage her account.) Last weekend, probably Saturday or Sunday night,
I
added a bunch of books to my daughter's list. They are all missing as
of
Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, a whole lot of books from her list are now on my list
(though not the new missing ones, sadly). I check both lists on the
same
computer, but obviously I need to be logged in to her account when I
add
to her list, so I don't know how the books ended up on both lists.

I wrote to you about this problem last August and it has just
happened again. While you may think there is no way for the My List
information
to move from one account to another, it does. My own list information,
for my
account, has disappeared twice so I stopped using the feature. But I
still use
it for my daughter's child account. Today I found that the list for my
adult
account contains all the titles from her list. Her list is also still
intact.
