[ipac] stylesheet to move borrower login button

The stylesheet is toolbar2.xsl
 
It looks like the offending code is on line 86.

For some reason, our borrower login button is way way way over to the
right, and uses ahve to scroll.
 
>From looking at the source code, I see that section is set to align
right, and I'd like to change it to center.
 
Anybody know which stylesheet I need to edit?  I'm on: HIP 3.06A
