[ipac] Place on Search Results page to put a message?

Boy, you can tell I haven't asked a question before!! Forgot all of the essentials!
 
I'd like the message to be up at the top--probably in the white space between Search Results (on the left) and the SORT BY, LIMIT BY boxes (on the right).  We're a Dynix 191 system w/HIP 3.06.A
