Didn't mean to sound nasty with my questions, just needed some more info!
Sorry.

To do what you want you would have to edit an .xsl file.  (Location of files
on our server would be in /ipac201/xsl306/xsl but yours may vary).  I think
the file you would want to edit is searchresponse.xsl.

To have the .xsl files edited by SirsiDynix is billable work.  To edit
yourself can be tricky.  If you do try to edit it make sure you make a
backup of the original file first, in case you have to revert back to the
original.  After edits, you may have to restart your .xsl processor, or on
your xsltransformer.xml file (in the directory ipac201\xsl306 on our server)
you can set <Preload>true</Preload> in the file and then you shouldn't need
to restart the processor when you make changes.

Also, when we make any edits we add the comments <!-- START DALNET EDIT -->
and <!-- END DALNET EDIT --> so we can find all of the edits we have made.
This was really important for upgrades because we had to add all of the
customizations again on each upgrade.

Attached is a file on HIP customization that might give you more details.

Boy, you can tell I haven't asked a question before!! Forgot all of the
essentials!
 
I'd like the message to be up at the top--probably in the white space
between Search Results (on the left) and the SORT BY, LIMIT BY boxes (on the
right).  We're a Dynix 191 system w/HIP 3.06.A
