I added WorldCat as an External Link so it appears on the bib record
display, along with Amazon and Barnes&Noble, which was pretty easy to
do. Call me if you need details.

Subject: [ipac] Adding a World Cat Beta Box to HIP or Library Home Page

Have any of you added the WorldCat Beta Search Box to HIP? I'm working
with SD to see if there is someway to add an external link, but so far
no process. I've added the link, but it does not display so I can't
even test it.

Have any of you added the box to you Library homepage, in leiu of HIP?
If you did was this your first choice or because you couldn't add it in
HIP.?

I have been looking at some of the HIPs out there and have seen
instances where libraries have added a tab for the WorldCat Beta box.

I have seen a Unicorn Library that was able to add the search
functionality because of the capabiities inherent in ilinks/ibistro.

Thanks,
