[ipac] Sorts not working in HIP 4.1.a.?

Laura,

Setting up sorting and limiting on the search results for browse searches
must be turned on manually in HIP 4.1.X. The instructions are rather long
and burried in InfoPortal41_InformationPortalBasics.pdf. If I remember
correctly, after going through the setup, no reindexing is required.
